Project is an analysis of the crime data from the Jacksonville Sheriff's office. The purpose of this project was to gain a deeper insight into crime in the city. The dataset was scrubbed from the JSO's crime data website, https://www.jaxsheriff.org/Resources/crime-mapping.aspx, and analyzed.

The goal of this project is to explore the crime data in Jacksonville, Florida in order to dertmine the areas with the greatest amount of crime as well as to learn what is the most common crimes. The data obtained will assist in answering the question of which areas are of utmost concern in Jacksonville for police officers to focus their efforts on.
The idea of this project is to assist law enforecment agents in understanding which areas of Jacksonville have the highest amount of crime and the lowest amount of solved cased. The data that was obtained for this project comes directly from the Jacksonville Sheriffs office. The end conclusion of this report will allow for a better understanding of police efforts in Jacksonville, Florida. The data obtained from this project had to be scrubbed and cleaned for analaysis.
