Static analysis tool for xerrors.

Install

• Find unwrapped error
• Find binary expression which is comparing error"
• Find invalid wrap format (using tenntenn/gosa/passes/wraperrfmt)
• Checks returning nil when err is not nil (using tenntenn/gosa/passes/nilerr)
