Solution to Pizza, Google Hashcode 2019 Practice Problem

This is a solution we came up with for the Pizza problem. The solution uses a brute force and direct approach.

NB: This solution is in no way optimal, for us it was more about working together as well as aligning on a step by step approach to solving the actual problem on the competition day. Thanks!
