Welcome to the Linux Discord Manager repository! This script is designed to simplify the process of installing and updating Discord on Linux systems (that don't update their package repos frequently like Manjaro). It ensures you always have the latest version of Discord with just one command.
To install the Discord Auto Script, follow these steps:
git clone https://github.com/PixelRidge-Softworks/Linux-Discord-Manager.git
cd discord-auto-update chmod +x setup.sh
sudo ./global_installer.shOnce installed, you can update Discord to the latest version easily. When Discord says there's an update, simply run:
sudo update-discordThis command will:
Then re-launch discord, and it will install its update!
