Contributing

To contribute to the DIY Linux book, follow these steps:

1. Choose your type or types of contribution among:

• Recreate a new version of any guide using the markdown file and format.
• Copywriting and Proofreading on any specific guide.
• Re-write or rephrase a complete guide using AI tools aid.
• Finish any incomplete written version of a guide using the content and the steps in the directory Pictures/ of that guide.
• Finish any incomplete guide using the content in its directories Resources/ and Extra Resources/ available in the complete project documentation.
• Reprogram or Program a bash script or any other script for a guide, and put it in its guide directory scripts/, currently available only in the complete project documentation.

You can also contribute directly to the documentation with your comments.

2. Fork this repository.

3. Create a branch: git checkout -b <branch_name>.

5. Push to the original branch: git push origin <project_name>/<location>

6. Create the pull request, including the type or types of contribution chosen in the description.
