Data quality

• File names do not follow a standard pattern: some begin with a prefix with the date (eg 092018_datos-book-montevideo.csv) but half of the files do not have this.
• The December-2019.CSV file and the November-2019.CSV file It is not clear what department they are, I assume that they are from Montevideo.
• The columns of the CSVs are not consistent, some have the columns: RUT, corporate name, type and others come with society name, process name, RUT number, BPS number
• I suppose there are types of company that represent the same as MS/Monis Mides?, Unipersonal/Unipersonal, Sociedad Ano? Nima/SA

app.py

It is the Dash app, there the layout and the callbacks are defined, all in Python.

Download_CSVS.py

Pare the XML and download the 73 CSVs in the /CSV folder

Parese_data.py

Arm a unique dataframe with the previous CSVs data.
