INTRODUCTION:
In India, the Ministry of Welfare is responsible for framing rules and guidelines and issuance of instructions to state governments, voluntary agencies and coordinating agencies, as well as scrutinizing agencies to promote in-country and inter-country adoptions. There agencies recognized for in-country adoption and foreign listed agencies for inter-country adoption. During the period, foreign nations adopted Indian children as compared to childrenadopted within the country. The Coordinating Voluntary Adoption Resource Agency(CVARA), formed with the association of eight adoption agencies in Delhi, monitor, provide counseling service, create awareness and promote the concept of adoption among potential adopters. The study described the existing adoption procedure under the Hindu Adoption & Maintenance Act, (HAMA), Guardians & Wards Act, (GAWA) and the Juvenile Justice Act. The state governments and union territory administrations maintain lists of children's homes and monitor the overall functioning of all child welfare agencies engaged in adoption.

EXISTING SYSTEM
Present system is manual. The project metrics has to enter all the details of project, documents, and tasks. It also maintains the team information and also efforts estimation. For this purpose the organization maintain the size of the document, source code and update the information about team member’s details manually.
PROPOSED SYSTEM
An Online “DONATE FOR POOR CHILDRENS” system is developed with a front-end web interface and a back-end database. With online services, you can donate money and opinion.
The Administrator of the System will be divided to several privileges on how they can use the System. Administrator for example, has all the privileges such as Adding type of money Adding type of donation, Update price list, Adding Downloadable Material, Registration Module, etc
