Extraction of case for legal judgment documents and its application

Introduction

The event elements are extracted for the judgment documents in traffic accident cases, and on this basis, application scenarios such as judgment result prediction and case similarity matching are added.

• Data source : OpenLaw

• Participle : mainly based on pkuseg

• Part of speech annotation : based on Harbin Institute of Technology LTP/pkuseg

• Named entity recognition : Based on BiLSTM-CRF, the entities involved include person names, place names, vehicle information, various crime circumstances, judgment results, etc.

• Application part : including prediction of judgment results, comparison of case similarity, etc.
