Property Management Information System
- The property management information system software is a management software system that can record and query property community owner information , property management expense information , water, electricity and gas expense information , cable TV information , heating expense information , owner housing payment information , and print and output the above information reports (monthly, quarterly, annual reports).

The two stored procedures of 0614 Total_Year() and Total_Month() are based on the relevant Total() of 0613, and the distinction method is to_char() date format in the where clause. Version 0614 has added a trigger Tri_Current_Zero , and the stored procedure Total_Day() is deprecated.
