Cooker navigation

Based on the self -use navigation written by Vue3, there is no back end on the pure static page, and the framework uses Arco Design.

You can edit the navigation content online. All panels, classifications, and URL links can be added, modified, deleted, and dragged in the position. The data is saved in customBox of the browser localStorage in the JSON form.
