Parameters:

• 192.168.0.9 - target address
• 5060 - target port
• 3 - the number of sockets from which flooding will occur
• 2 - how many times each message will be sent
• XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX INVITEINVITE - 2 messages that will be sent

Total for this launch will be sent 3*2*2 = 12 UDP packets, 4 from each of 3 ports
